Warning - be prepared to catch the food when it slides out. I'm so used to having to "encourage" food to leave the pan that I almost dumped the dish by accident! What a relief to have a fry pan that works, doesn't stick and isn't going to make us sick from forever chemicals. Thanks, Caraway.
