This is the best pan I have ever cooked with. It's heavy duty and the perfect size. As prepping meals on a few weekends, it's great. The lid is solid with a steam vent hole. Lid handle stays cool to touch when pan is smoking hot. Easy clean up. Just have average cooking skills, but this pan makes cooking easy. Thank you Caraway, this pan will last for decades. Glad I found your cookwares.
