Oven safe up to 550°F.
Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

So glad I got rid of the old Teflon pots and pans that were coming apart and possibly contaminating our food! These pots and pans are so easy to clean and easy to use. Only negative is the metal handles require a potholder if things get too hot.
