Holiday Flash Weekly Deal – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Holiday Flash Weekly Deal ("Deal"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deal Details: The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal provides a limited-time promotion on select products or services, as outlined in the promotional materials or communications for each week’s deal.
Non-Combining with Other Offers: The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers available on Caraway Home’s website, including but not limited to onsite offers, coupons, or other special promotions. If an order qualifies for both the Holiday Flash Weekly Deal and another promotion, the customer will receive the benefit of the offer providing the highest value. The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal will not apply if combined with an onsite offer.
Duration: The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal is valid every Saturday, from 7:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST. After 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, the deal will expire and will no longer be available for purchase.
Availability: The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal is limited to a maximum of 500 units. Once the maximum number of units has been sold, the promotion will no longer be available, even if it is still within the promotional period.
Exclusions: The Holiday Flash Weekly Deal may be subject to certain exclusions, which will be clearly stated in the deal's promotional materials. These exclusions may include specific products, categories, or geographic locations.
Refunds and Returns: Products purchased using the Holiday Flash Weekly Deal are subject to Caraway Home’s standard refund and return policies. In cases where a return is requested, the value of the deal will be taken into account when processing any refunds or exchanges.
Modifications and Cancellations: Caraway Home reserves the right to cancel or modify the Holiday Flash Weekly Deal at any time, including altering the offer’s terms, duration, or availability, without prior notice.
General Terms: This promotion is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. By participating in the Holiday Flash Weekly Deal, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of Caraway Home, which are final and binding.
