Perfect Fry Pan
We had a hiccup with our delivery the box was severely damaged along with the inside box. The pan had a small chip on the inside so we shipped it back on the same day we received it. Caraway immediately sent an email and said they would make it right and they sent us a new fry pan and an extra gift for this happening. The box it was shipped in was not damaged and the inside box was perfect which we were so happy. The gift was tea towels which we loved and really appreciated them doing this for us. Thank you for making this correct for us we will definitely purchase more in the near future. It’s nice that you were so quick in responding it was very impressive to us, thanks again!
