Sturdy baking sheet, very nonstick
This is a good quality baking sheet. The coating is very nonstick. Nothing sticks to it. I purchased this baking sheet to fit in my June oven and it is a perfect fit. I did a lot research and decided on the Caraway baking sheet because it is nontoxic and can withstand temperatures up to 500F. The pretty paint job on the underside doesn't seem to be too durable as it is easily scratched up, but the baking sheet itself seems to be quite durable and sturdy. It did warp one time when I had it at nearly max temperature, but it did so without popping, and it went back to being flat after it cooled down and was as good as new.
