General Information
1. Offer Period: The offer is valid from 2/1/24 - 2/29/24. Timing subject to change.
2. Eligibility: The offer is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase within the offer period. Spend over $825, after any discounts are applied, and qualify for a free grill pan. One grill pan redemption is valid per qualifying customer. Customers are not able to redeem multiple grill pans. Returning a portion of your order may disqualify you from the free gift promotion.
3. Gift with Purchase Item: Qualifying orders will receive a free grill pan, claimed via a discount code sent via email. Only one gift per customer is redeemable.
4. Claim Period: The discount code for claiming the free grill pan will be sent to customers via email 30 days after making a qualifying purchase. Timing of email send is subject to change.
Special Conditions for Returns on GWP Promotions
1. Full Refund: Customers who return the entire order, including any gifted products such as the grill pan, will be eligible for a full refund. All products, items, packages must be returned in full and in their original condition.
2. Partial Refund: Customers who return the products from their order, or cancel any part of their order that has not yet shipped but do not return the gifted product, such as the grill pan, will be eligible for a partial refund only. The amount withheld will be subject to the grill pan value omitted. The omitted value will be calculated according to the current MSRP less any promotional discounts, if applicable.
3. Exchanges: No exchanges will be accepted for grill pans redeemed.
Any product not returned or received in a condition not in accordance with the Caraway Shipping and Return Policy will not be considered for a refund.
Miscellaneous
1. Alteration of Terms: Caraway reserves the right to alter, cancel, or extend the offer without prior notice.
