Learn how to use stainless before leaving a bad review!
Alright i normally don’t review products, but the low-star reviews on this pan bothered me. Stainless steel can be nonstick under the right circumstances and with proper use. You need to preheat the pan—YouTube is your friend for tutorials. It’s seriously so easy, i use it for eggs all the time. Cleans well, too, and i love that it has higher sides. If you have issues cleaning your stainless, youtube is also your friend there. Stock up on baking soda, it’ll help you scrub off anything stubborn. Also found that a silicone bottle brush works well at removing oil from the sides, random. Stainless and carbon steel have led me to not use to my nonstick pans in years, at this point. Learn how to use stainless, it rules and this tiny pan is my favorite (don’t tell my other pans).
