The Stir Fry Pan is an all-purpose pan with a wok-inspired shape that features our signature non-stick, non-toxic ceramic coating. The high-sloped walls allow you to spread food and concentrate heat onto different ingredients, cooking vegetables, grains, and proteins all at once. Worth it!
I was very excited to receive my first caraway pan because I’ve heard great things about the nonstick qualities and their non-toxic makeup. It’s the real deal! Some might scoff at the price, but when you cook several times a week, you need something reliable that you’re excited to pull out of your cabinet that’s worth the effort of hand washing. It’s everything it promises, and the beautiful color makes me love it even more! Plus, I love that I don’t need to use as much cooking oil as my previous pan- dare I say it’s saving me money?

A happy surprise
I received a basic starter package of the Caraway pots and pans for Christmas. My daughter had them and loved them. I decided I needed one more of the large fry pans and thought I had ordered that. Received more of a wok shaped sauté pan. After using it numerous times, I am extremely happy with it. Being vegan and trying not to use oil, these pans are amazing. I do not need any oil at all and they clean up so easy. I highly recommend all of their pans. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it.
