Unlike most drip coffee makers, Caraway's Coffee Maker features a first-of-its-kind, proprietary Clean Brew System made entirely from glass and stainless steel—meaning no plastic touches your water or coffee. It also brews within SCA-recommended temperature and brew-time parameters (195–205°F in 4–8 minutes) for optimal extraction, includes a reusable stainless steel filter and coffee scoop, and keeps coffee warm for up to 90 minutes without compromising flavor.
