First off, the Caraway customer service is second to none. Very impressed with how they worked with me and adjusted shipping to accommodate my schedule and overseas trip. The knife set is very lite and well sharpened. They are a dream to use. They replaced my very well worn and used Henckels knife set. I am impressed with the update/upgrade. I liked having a color choice for the handles. I will need to acquire a block for them and some additional knives. Looking forward to using them more than I have so far.
