BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Stunning Color and Perfect for One-Pot Meals!
I recently added the Caraway Sauté Pan in Marigold to my kitchen, and the color is even more beautiful in person, it’s a warm, sunny yellow that instantly brightens the stove. Beyond the looks, the size is perfect. It’s deep enough for curry, or a large stir-fry without food splashing over the sides. The non-stick is incredible right out of the box; I can cook eggs or delicate fish with barely any oil, and they slide right out. As with all ceramic pans, you have to be careful. I only use silicone or wood utensils because I’m worried about scratching the Marigold finish. You also have to let it cool completely before washing it by hand, no dishwashers! If you use high heat, the exterior can get some "scorching" marks, so I try to stick to medium heat to keep that yellow finish looking new. If you want a non-toxic, beautiful pan that makes cooking and cleaning up a breeze, this is it.

Absolutely love this pan! I have gone through so many pans over the last few years that were non- stick. This one truly is. The large size is great for our big family. It is used every day in our house at least once! We do baby it as to not ruin the nonstick surface. Even though it was pricey, it was worth it for our health. Hoping to add more Caraway products in the future!
