Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Really does the work
This pan is so pretty. I wasn’t too sure if it could take the heavy cooking that I do with stews and curries, but it has stood up the the pressure and given me great food. I love the even cooking and the controlled temperature at low levels. It is a sturdy pot that I’ll enjoy using for a long time.
