Great Roasting Pan

Game Changer!!
I purchased the roasting pan with rack, in Navy, to add to my Caraway Cookware set and this was a game changer. Not only is it beautiful for dinner presentations but it cooks evenly and the clean up is as easy as can be! No more soaking and scrubbing my glass roasting pan! One question I had was that the roasting rack has a silicone cover to keep the rack from scratching the pan. I was unsure if I was able to cook with that piece in place or not and I was scared to scratch the inside. I visited the FAQ page and someone had already asked that question and Caraway answered that you can cook with that in place as it will withstand oven temps. I wish that information was in the packaging so it would have been clear. I have been using Caraway for the last 4 years and it has never disappointed me! I am all in and will keep adding to my collection! Thank you Caraway for helping me to enjoy cooking again!
