I have always used All Clad, but all of those pans have split at the rims and have cut me numerous times. I decided to try Caraway and got a pan for Christmas. Since then, I have purchased 4 other Caraway pans, including the Dutch oven. These pans are the real deal. They are the best I have ever used! And the clean up is a breeze! In the process of dumping all my All Clad as the company did NOTHING to help or reimburse me for their pans that have become truly safe to cook with. I love Caraway!
